Indoor & Outdoor Event Management

We oversee all logistics leading up to and during your event, whether a conference, wedding, or any organized gathering. We execute the event plans by managing staff, finances, vendor relationships, and more. We handle the overall logistics of your event, work with staff, and conduct project management of the event as a whole. We elect and reserve venues, coordinate with outside vendors, engage speakers, MC (master of ceremonies), or entertainment, arrange for transportation and parking, obtain necessary permits and appropriate insurance, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, develop emergency contingency plans, anticipate crisis and situation management at the event, design a security plan, and monitor your event from start to finish.

If needed, we manage your event budget and the teams of people responsible for each function, as well as overseeing the execution of the event. We also supervise the services of all outside vendors and professionals, including event planners.
